My Contribution:
Project Manager, EPUB Creator, as well as Co-Illustrator and Co-Writer/Editor.

Details:
EPUB creation was done using Adobe InDesign. The illustrations were made using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

The illustrations shown are examples taken from the Appendix and from Chapter 1: Nutrition, with the body text omitted.
